Areas where online shipping is available
You can receive your order in these regions: Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Austria. While most islands are not included, we do ship to the Balearic Islands in Spain and Sicily in Italy.
Minimum order
To place your order, you must purchase products totalling at least €10 for shipments in Spain and the other countries we ship to.
Shipping costs
Domestic shipping costs
Standard shipping costs are €3.90 for the mainland territory and €7 for the Balearic Islands. However, if your order reaches or exceeds €40, standard shipping is free.
The delivery time will be 2-3 working days from the time the order is placed. On designated dates (such as Christmas), orders may be delayed 5 to 8 working days.
Shipping costs to other countries
The shipping costs are 12€ for the other countries we ship to. However, if your products total €60 or more, shipping is free.
Austria: 3 to 5 days from the moment of ordering
Belgium: 3 to 5 days from the moment of ordering
France: 2 to 4 days from the moment of ordering
Germany: 2 to 4 days from the moment of ordering
Italy: 2 to 4 days from the moment of ordering
Luxembourg: 3 to 5 days from the moment of ordering
Netherlands: 2 to 4 days from the moment of ordering
On designated dates (such as Christmas), orders may be delayed 7 to 14 working days.
Free shipping
Starting at €40 totals, free shipping to Spain (peninsula) and Balearic Islands.
With an order of €40 or more, the shipping costs are free for the peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands.
With an order of €60 or more, the shipping costs are free to the European countries we deliver to.
With an order of €60 or more, the shipping costs are free to Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Austria.
